Komeda's Coffee

Komeda Coffee Tanukikoji 2-chome is a cafe selling coffee, toast, sandwiches and desserts, located on the right side as you walk from Tanukikoji shopping street toward Nijo Market. Order a drink before 11 a.m. and it comes with butter or jam, a boiled egg or egg salad, and warm toast. The cafe has counter seats for one, ice water and hand towels, and you press a bell after choosing from the menu. On Saturday at 8:30 a.m. the wait is 20 minutes.
