Toyohira River Green Park runs along the Toyohira River in Sapporo, connecting Odori Station and Nakajima Koen. Both banks have cycling and jogging paths, along with a park golf course and basketball space. For ten days in late August, the riverside event Kawami brings takeout stalls and food trucks, and lights can be seen under Hoheibashi. There are too few restrooms.
