Dining Galbi

Dining Galbi is a charcoal grill restaurant in Seoul that serves yangnyeom galbi and dwaeji galbi. Staff grill the meat at the table, and the galbi is eaten with garlic and chili peppers. Side dishes include cheese gyeranjjim, doenjang jjigae, chadol doenjang guk, and cheese truffle risotto. The galbi marinade is on the sweet side.
