Singane Odolppyeo Yeontan Gui

Singane Odolppyeo Yeontan Gui is a drinking spot in Sadang-dong, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Sadang Station Exit 8, where odolppyeo and makchang (beef abomasum) are grilled over charcoal. The odolppyeo is lightly seasoned with soy sauce and grilled directly on the coals, and dwitgogi and dakbal are eaten alongside it. A steamed egg dish and a spicy kimchi bean sprout soup come with the meal, and the place draws a wait, so you have to arrive early. The space is small and crowded, making conversation difficult unless you speak loudly.
