Kkumkkuneun Pojangmacha is a drinking spot in Sadang-dong, Seoul, that serves combinations of bulnak, nakgop, and bulgop jeongol. A buchimgae comes as a basic anju, and the jeongol broth is eaten after being reduced down. The owner cooks in a chef's uniform, and the broth gets richer the longer it reduces. The space holds about six or seven tables, so a wait forms.
