Yongdeok Live Fish

Yongdeok Hware is a raw fish restaurant in DaeSin-dong, Pohang. The Pohang-style mulhoe is served as a hoe muchim without broth, keeping the nutty flavor and chewy texture of the odari. The daughter took over the shop from her grandfather and grandmother, and the naturally caught raw fish is served very fresh. The stew base is heavy, so the composition of the meal can feel complicated.
