Cafe Tibei

Cafe Tibei is a cafe on the third floor in Yeonam-dong, Pohang. It serves long black and americano made with high-grade beans, along with tea, sliced cake, and waffles. An elevator goes up to the third floor, where the sea is visible through full-length windows. The third floor tends to be noisy.
