Yeonil Sin Daegu Restaurant

Yeonilsin Daegu Sikdang is an old restaurant in the Yeonil steel complex of Pohang that serves saengdaegu-tang, cod jiri, and cod maeuntang. The saengdaegu-tang has a clear, cool broth with firm white cod, and the jiri contains a small amount of ttangkcho chili. There is a parking lot on the right side of the restaurant, and on weekdays when nearby office workers crowd in, the lunch rush eases after 1 p.m. During lunch hours, it is hard to get a table without a reservation.
