Shabu Hyang Daedo Branch

Shabuhyang Daedo is a Vietnamese-style ssam restaurant in Pohang. For the shabu-shabu, diners choose between a spicy broth and a mild broth, and the Vietnamese wrap vegetables are self-refilled. At lunchtime the vegetable refills are slow, and in the evening customers crowd in. The seat cushions are worn and sting when they touch the skin.
