Galmaegi Hoetjip

Galmaegi Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant at the end of the Yeonam breakwater in Pohang, serving Pohang-style mulhoe and wild-caught hoe. The mulhoe has no broth and is mixed with gochujang, and the side dishes include grilled flounder, fried sweet potato, and soy-marinated crab. A wait is possible at lunchtime, and the second floor looks out over the sea. The second floor has floor seating, which is uncomfortable to sit in for long.
