HANADA is a nine-seat sushi bar in Paris that serves Japanese omakase. It offers aged fish nigiri and sushi with a French touch. The chef breaks down fish and finishes each piece in front of guests, and the preparation is visible from the hinoki wood counter. With few seats, it does not suit large groups.
