Maruhan

Maruhan is a mandu restaurant in Dongnae, Busan, serving handmade dumplings and mandu jeongol. The mandu jeongol is boiled in a lightly salted broth with vegetables, octopus, and beef, and the thin wrappers let you lift pieces out to eat separately. Mandu guk comes with three large dumplings, and you can choose between deulkkae mandu guk and gomguk mandu guk. The broth is lightly seasoned.
