Hana Donkatsu Oncheon is a Japanese-style donkatsu restaurant near Oncheonjang in Busan, serving pork loin, pork tenderloin, and cheese roll katsu along with udon and soba. Thick cuts of pork are fried until crisp and served with a vegetable sauce containing peach and a cabbage salad. At lunch and on weekends, customers take a waiting number and order before being seated, and cabbage and rice are refilled on request.
