Robata Kawaman

Robata Kawaman is an izakaya in Okinawa that serves Japanese-style hearth grilling. Grilled fish and asparagus are cooked directly over the hearth, and tataki is seared with burning straw. The cooking happens at the hearth in front of customers, in the style of robatayaki seen in dramas. Food can take about 40 minutes to arrive after ordering.
