Yeontanbul Aemakchang Gui

Yeontanbul Aemakchang Gui is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant in Seoul that grills salt makchang, bul makchang, and vegetable gopchang (grilled intestines) over charcoal. The meal can be ordered with bean sprout soup and fried rice. Seating is available both indoors and outdoors, so on summer evenings you can eat outside. The spread includes curry, spicy, and cheongnyang chili soy sauces along with perilla leaf and mu ssam.
