Jingogae is a long-running Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The jjajangmyeon has the plain, familiar taste of an old neighborhood Chinese restaurant, and the tangsuyuk comes in a batter that looks like glutinous rice. It has stayed in the same spot for over 40 years, and the former owner and chef still run it. The flavors are not strongly distinctive.
