Jeil Kongjip is a bean-focused restaurant in Gongneung-dong, Seoul, next to the Seoul Museum of Everyday Life and about 250 meters from exits 4 and 6 of Taereung Entrance Station. Its main dish is kongguksu, a thick, savory cold soybean noodle soup, and its cheonggukjang comes with plenty of tofu and beans. Diners can add sugar and salt to taste, and the Seoul Museum of Everyday Life parking lot is free for one hour. The restaurant draws enough visitors that there is a wait.
