Yujangwon Bossam

Yujangwon Bossam is a second-floor restaurant near Hakdong Station in Seoul that serves bossam, jokbal, and bossam set meals. The bossam meat is sliced thin and tender, served with bossam kimchi and garlic, and gul bossam is available in winter. The bossam set meal comes with a ttukbaegi of doenjang jjigae per person, and the kimchi is made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Portions of the bossam and the set meal are on the small side.
