Yeongdong Sammi Sutbul Galbi is an old meat restaurant in Nonhyeon-dong's Yeongdong Market that grills pork galbi and beef galbi over charcoal. The pork galbi, the signature dish, is tender and sweet, and staff grill it at the table, while the chik naengmyeon is chewy. Basic side dishes and doenjang jjigae come with the meal, and there are several kinds of side dishes. During evening peak hours the dining room fills up, so expect a wait.
