Shim is an Italian omakase restaurant in Seoul run by chef Lee Young-moo. The menu features steak and Italian dishes, with bread and truffle butter served before the meal. Guests can have chef Lee Young-moo's cooking along with wine, and waits of more than 10 minutes are possible during meal times. Prices are on the high side.
