Solbam

Solbam is a Korean fine-dining restaurant in Seoul that reinterprets Korean ingredients. The course begins in a separate space for pre-meal bites and continues in the main dining area. The dishes use Korean ingredients to combine different flavours and textures, with the plating and tableware designed as part of the presentation. The course portions are small, so the meal leaves you less full afterward.
