Sinhodeung Jangjak Gui Nonhyeon Branch

Sinho Deung Jangjak Gui Nonhyeon is a whole-chicken restaurant near Nonhyeon Station in Seoul that roasts chicken over oak firewood. Its hanbang nurungji tongdak is stuffed with glutinous rice, jujubes and ginkgo nuts, served with a crisp skin alongside garlic sauce and yeolmu. Orders are placed on a tablet, and the restaurant moved from the first floor to the third floor. The spinach nurungji tongdak comes with sweet spinach and a spicy, salty sauce.
