Renliang Hotpot

Inryang Hwogwo Jeonmunjeom in Nonhyeon, Seoul serves gamulchi hwogwo and Chinese-style hot pot. Diners choose a broth such as hongtang, baektang, or tomato and combine their own sauces at the sauce bar. The decorated interior seats groups with meat, meatballs, and mushrooms served together, and it is used for gatherings and business meals. Prices are higher than at typical hot pot restaurants.
