Pokpung Galbi

Jimseung Gokitgan is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves Iberico pork collar and galbi. The aged pork collar keeps its juices and can be eaten medium rare. Staff cut the pre-grilled pork collar and whole pork belly at the table and cook them further, and kimchi rice can be ordered as a side. Other cuts are ordinary, and the Iberico pork collar is notably better than the rest.
