Po Nam Saigon is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seoul that serves pho, bun cha, and banh xeo. A Korean husband and a Vietnamese wife run it together, and the kitchen also turns out Korean-style samgyeopsal (pork belly), with pho noodles that are wide rather than thin. The pho broth is deep and mild, and a lunch buffet is offered as well. At lunchtime the room has the cluttered feel of a construction-site canteen.
