Matjjang Jogae

Matjjang Jogae is a seafood grill and pocha spot near Gangnam-gu Office in Seoul. The signature dish is squid hoe sliced and mixed with flying fish roe, perilla leaf, and chojang, alongside clam kalguksu and saewoo ppong. It opens at 4 PM, and by 4:30 PM more than two-thirds of the seats are taken; after 5 PM it is almost full. Tables are placed close together and the room is very loud.
