Mainichi Ramen Tori

Mainichi Ramen Tori is a Japanese ramen shop in the back alleys of Nonhyeon-dong, a walk from Eonju Station, and serves chicken-broth ramen. The Mainichi Ramen has a thick, complex broth, the shio ramen is light, and the aburasoba comes with a distinct sauce and chewy noodles. The shop is small, with around 12 counter seats, and orders are placed at a kiosk, with the order slip handed to staff; rice or extra noodles are ordered with the first order. At weekday lunch there is a wait, and the owner alone handles cooking and serving, so service is slow.
