Hwaposikdang Nonhyeonjeom is a pork restaurant near Hakdong Station in Seoul that serves samgyeopsal and pork collar. Staff grill the samgyeopsal and ogyeopsal at the table, and diners eat them dipped in Andes salt and wasabi with myeongi namul on the side.
