Hakdong Sujebi

Hakdong Sujebi is a restaurant behind the Starbucks at Hakdong Station that serves sujebi (hand-torn dough soup) in an anchovy broth, along with gamjajeon and jjukkumi bokkeum. The thin, chewy sujebi comes with yeolmu kimchi, musaengchae and kkakdugi. The sujebi contains potato, scallion and seaweed, and sometimes clam meat. On weekday lunchtimes, office workers crowd in, so a wait in line is expected.
