Gyeseungjib

Gyeseungjip is an indoor pocha-style bar in Gangnam, Seoul, serving Daegu-style charcoal-grilled pork bulgogi and garak udon. The pork bulgogi carries charcoal smoke, the udon broth includes dadegi, and sikhye is also sold. Water is self-service and the side dishes are only danmuji and kkakdugi, while the dining room is large and comfortable. The udon noodles have a dry, crumbly texture.
