Bongsan Pyongyang Naengmyeon

Bongsan Pyeongyang Naengmyeon is a Pyeongyang naengmyeon (cold noodles) restaurant in a backstreet behind Nonhyeon Station in Seoul. Its signature dish is Pyeongyang mul-naengmyeon, made with freshly pressed noodles containing a high proportion of buckwheat and served with a broth rich in meat flavour. Jeyuk and mandu are available in half portions. Eobokjaengban and bulgogi are relatively expensive for their portion sizes.
