Singi Yang Gopchang

Singiyanggopchang in Nampo-dong, Busan serves gopchang (grilled intestines) and yang gopchang grilled with seasoning on a stone plate. Side dishes and plenty of ssam come with the meal. The stone plate keeps the food warm throughout the meal, and staff grill it for you. The gopchang and yang gopchang are savory and chewy without an offal smell.
