Ijeongtae Bonchamchi is a tuna restaurant in the Nampo-dong and Jungang-dong area of Jung-gu, Busan. Its lunch course and lunch special let diners try tuna by cut, along with dishes such as sushi, deungppye jjim, and steak. The interior was expanded and is now large and bright, with rooms available, and staff carve a tuna head in a dismantling show. Without a reservation there is a long wait, so booking ahead is required.
