Sindonga Hoe Center

Sindongah Hoe Center is a raw fish restaurant in Busan where you choose your hoe and eat it on the spot. On the first floor, you order hoe directly and eat it there, while on the second and third floors you select your fish and eat it in the chopjang house style. On the first floor, the fish is sliced in front of you, and you can order more if you run out. Prices run higher than at other hoe centers.
