Nampo Galbijip

Nampo Galbi Jip in Busan grills raw pork galbi and marinated pork galbi over charcoal. The raw galbi is tender and mild, while the marinated galbi uses minimal caramel coloring and looks whiter than typical galbi. The owner grills each party's galbi at the table and presses pork skin with a hotteok press. When the restaurant is busy, you may wait while another party is served first.
