Jonggakjip

Jonggakjip is an udon restaurant in the food alley of Gukje Market in Nampo-dong, Busan, selling garak noodles and gimbap for decades. Its representative dishes are shrimp tempura garak noodles and warm bibim udon, and the noodles are served as soft fresh noodles. At lunch there are many customers, but the table turnover is fast so the wait is not long, and the udon noodles are boiled separately from the broth so the soup stays clear. The broth is lightly salted and not spicy, far from a heavy flavor.
