Halmajip Hoeguksu

Halmaejip Hoeguksu is an old noodle shop on Nampo-dong street in Busan that serves hoe-guksu, mul-guksu and gimbap. The signature skate hoe-guksu is eaten by mixing the plain seasoning with the spicy seasoning. It has continued in the same spot for 60 to 70 years, and when you order, a strong anchovy broth arrives in a yellow kettle. The pieces of raw fish are few and the skate-bone hoe is on the chewy side.
