Daejeong Yanggopchang

Daejeong Yang Gopchang is a gopchang restaurant in Busan that grills and stir-fries gopchang, daechang (beef large intestine), and special tripe. The signature yangnyeom gopchang is served on a hot plate with a generous minced-garlic marinade and a thin broth, and udon noodles can be added. To order, ask for the udon noodles with the gopchang, and at the end add fried rice to the remaining marinade. On weekends and at night, there is a wait.
