Eoseu

Eath is an izakaya in Jungang-dong, Busan, serving sushi and sashimi bento at lunch and sashimi as a dinner dish. The sashimi bento set comes with mini udon, mini fried shrimp, and salad, and before the main course, porridge, udon, and fried items are served. At lunch, customers come for the bento, and at dinner, they pair sashimi with soju and beer. The sashimi is cut thick, and the rice in the bento is glossy and sticky.
