Iga Haemul Jjamppong

Igahae Muljjambbong is a Chinese noodle shop near UN Park in Busan, serving jjambbong, jjajangmyeon, udon and tangsuyuk. Its signature haejjambbong is made with surf clams and squid in a pollack broth, giving a clear, spicy soup. The shop is open only from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and takes reservations on site only, so a wait forms. There is no parking, making it hard to reach by car.
