Gongwon Kalguksu

Gongwon Kalguksu is a kalguksu shop in Busan that serves clam kalguksu, bossam, and mandu, located in front of the UN Memorial Park. Its signature dish is mulchong kalguksu, filled with clams in a clear, cool broth and served with spicy cabbage kimchi. The hall is large and turnover is fast, so even at mealtimes the wait is usually around 20 minutes. The spicy cabbage kimchi is hot enough that a single piece can upset your stomach, so take care.
