Mouyan

Mouyan is a small soba restaurant in Kyoto. Its main dishes are juwari soba and mori soba, served either cold or warm. The sobayu that comes after the meal is thick enough to drink first with salt and then switch to soba tsuyu. There are not many seats, so a wait during meal times is likely.
