Yamamoto-ya Honten Udon Restaurant

Yamamoto Yahonten JR Nagoya Station is an udon shop in JR Nagoya Station serving Nagoya-style miso udon. The broth is a thick red miso, with choices of daechang (beef large intestine) udon, fried chicken udon, and nameko mushroom udon. A bowl of white rice can be added to finish the remaining broth. The noodles are much firmer than standard udon and taste undercooked, which divides diners.
