Pyeongchang Myeonok

Pyeongchang Myeonok is a noodle restaurant in Myeongji-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan, serving kalguksu, milmyeon, and jang kalguksu. The kalguksu uses a rich meat broth with aged, chewy noodles, topped with sesame salt and seaweed flakes, and comes with gatkimchi, cabbage kimchi, and kkakdugi. The restaurant has operated since 1996, provides a free small bowl of rice with the kalguksu, and has a parking lot. Its broth is lighter and thicker than that of typical kalguksu.
