Myeongji Wang Saeu

Myeongji Wang Saeu is a restaurant in Myeongji, Busan, that serves king shrimp as hoe and grilled. During shrimp season, the usual order is plump, chewy shrimp followed by deep-fried heads. The shrimp are large enough that a few are filling, and the heads are fried in a thin batter after the hard horns are removed. For the final dish, kalguksu is better than ramyeon.
