Yongdang Banjeom

Yongdang Banjeom is a takeout shop in Mokpo for ori nalgae twigim, fried duck wings. Each order is fried to order and coated in a lightly spicy sauce and a crisp starch batter. Calling 30 minutes to an hour ahead lets you pick up your order without waiting, and there is no seating for eating in. The duck's chewy texture can come across as tough and greasy.
