야드레보쌈

Yadeure Bossam is a bossam restaurant in Sangdong, Mokpo. It serves one dish of kimchi-wrapped bossam made with napa cabbage kimchi and dried radish strips, together with sujebi (hand-torn dough soup). An order of bossam comes with doenjang soup and lettuce, while steamed rice must be ordered separately. The kimchi has a notably sweet taste.
