Wonjo Sinseon Hoejip is a flounder hoe restaurant in Sangdong, Mokpo. It serves only aged flounder hoe, which can be eaten wrapped in gim, perilla leaf, or lettuce, or made into sushi. A three-person flounder set can be ordered with a rice set added, and the Dubai chewy flounder requires a reservation. The space is small, and takeout is better than eating inside.
