Pyeongyang Naengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Mokpo. It serves mul naengmyeon and bibim naengmyeon, using noodles made in-house from a 5-to-5 mix of buckwheat and starch. It opened in 1988 and is now run by the second generation, and it serves a warm, rich broth before the meal. The naengmyeon is not the mild Seoul style, and the cucumber garnish is strongly scented.
