Mokpo Apgujeong Hoejip

Mokpo Apgujeong Hoetjip is a raw-fish restaurant in Mokpo’s Bukhang area. It serves thickly sliced flounder hoe and hoe set meals, followed by jiri-tang (clear fish soup). Some dishes are prepared to order, while the jiri (clear fish soup) is simmered for five hours. Dishes are served at long intervals, so guests who do not drink alcohol face a long wait.
